Any Visa card or Mastercard should be fine, if bank policies allow to
disable CVV/CVC check.
I have paid with debit Visa card, my friend have paid by debit Mastercard.
Only problem was with CVV/CVC codes, Cisco's billing doesn't supply
them, despite you filled them in when you paid for exam. Many banks
decline transactions without correct CVV. I have to contact bank and
asked to disable CVV check for three days, and then payment was
successful.
