I would start by looking at with the following to see if they meet your
requirements. A POC with the short-listed vendors would be highly
recommended

   - ThirdBrigade Deep Security Host IPS (now TrendMicro)
   - McAfee Host Intrusion Prevention for Server
   - OSSEC (open source - more user expertise required to maintain)
   - IBM Security Server Protection (IBM Proventia Server)
   - Bit9 Parity for Servers
   - Symantec Endpoint/ Critical System Protection
