OT: Load Balancers

Hi all

I want to implement Load Balancers in my customer network. I need to know
about different types of Load Balancers and also want to know how each
one works.
I am new to load balancing world. I heard of CISCO ACE and F5 . Can someone
point me in how each Load balancers work or else any real time advice in
choosing Load Balancers

Can anyone share any real time implementation experience in Load Balancers.

Is there any doc for ACE to read about ?
