I think that statement applies to no-namers like you and I trying to post instructional material.
Narbik is by far one of the well known top 5 players in the CCIE teaching market and also a large contributor on this forum.
Maybe you don't need the training, but for some in the US and probably many more overseas that have limited funding and training resources, this is a gold mine for them. Be respectful, please.
