First... resist the urge to brush up on the technical issues and spend
a few minutes looking up the following

Go through About Us page of the company that will be hiring you
Who are the main competitors of this company
Look up the BGP ASN of the company
Find out the IP space of the company
Look up any recent news articles about the company on Google News
Log into the looking glass router and check out some prefixes to large
sites like Google, YouTube, CNN, etc - can you explain where the
upstream packets are going?
Ok, so it's an ISP... have you ever installed and managed a blog or
server at a hosting provider? If so, be prepared to talk about it.
Be able to explain the ISP that you currently use.. what do you like,
what do you not like..... did you ever do a speed test? What router
did you get as part of the package?
Go through the LinkedIn profiles of people working at the company
(especially the person interviewing you)

Bring your laptop, console cable and a Cat5 cable... just in case they
want you to console into a router.
If you bring your laptop... can you explain the cpu, memory, os, etc?

Level 1 NOC engineers are very much customer service oriented, so
expect to be asked
Have you ever been in a stressful situation? Explain how you dealt with it?
Have you ever explained a complicated technical problem to a lay person?
Explain the drive/bus/subway trip you took to get here... explain the
landmarks you saw on the way here.

After all that... just brush up on your OSPF, BGP, SWITCHING and MPLS.

Remember in any interview, you'll be competing against dozens... maybe
hundreds of other people. You must stand out. You must make an
impression on the interviewers... you don't want them to just shrug
their shoulders after the interview.

Finally, work on your "elevator pitch"... 30 to 60 description about
yourself and your skills.
