Interesting enough.... Tony and myself have gone back and forth on this.
Seems like Version 12.2(55)SE3 will not support any instance of ip routing.
switch(config)#ip rout?
% Unrecognized command
I think Tony is on 12.2(58) and he is able to see these commands and enter
routes.
I would still take the safe bet and get at least IPBASE. Even that is
relatively restrictive with respect to dynamic routing.
