Marc,
first of all YOU don't even know how much struggle and hard-work behind MY
CCIE .. it was 16 Months Journey which I never forget in my entire life ..
second thing its very Easy to comments on Others if they just made any Stupid
Mistake ... it was my Mistake that I didn't mention full thing which I m
trying to achieve.. it was Poorly worded and Not clear.. Which created so much
confusion ..
But i can see yours approach about if some one made Stupid mistake and Thank
you very much Haroon and Sadiq for your understanding .
Thanks,Sameer

Could be the lazy ccie syndrome? clearly, you need some competence to pass the
exam, even if you cheat and I don't think sameer cheated or anything like that
but this question is rather basic for a ccie.

maybe access lists/filtering isn't sameer's cup of tea?
i've notice that questions coming from middle east/asia, etc. are poorly
worded and lack detail which results in confusion.

Even that, it is absolutely not your call to accuse the doctor of cheating.
Yes, you can decide not to go to that doctor.

Clearly, on Sameer's email, there is lack of clarify from his question. A lot
of options exist to how filtering could be done on a router and yes, some of
the techniques for filtering http are beyond the scope of R&S blueprint. Truth
is, CCIE Butcher does not know what Sameer was/is asking for, before jumping
to the conclusion that he has cheated to get his CCIE. I still stand that this
is absolutely not acceptable!

Ohh yeah, I also dont agree that a person can even cheat their way out of the
lab exam without understand how to configure basic ACLs. Thats just a non
starter my friend.

His prejudice was formed because a supposed CCIE came into this mailing list
and asked a CCNA level question. I can understand if a CCIE doesn't know
everything and I make plenty mistakes myself but this is beyond that. A CCIE
that can't write a basic access-list is a freaking joke! Don't try to hide
behind asking a "security" question either, all types of access-lists and nbar
are fully covered and tested on the blueprint. There is absolutely zero chance
someone could legitimately pass the R+S lab without this most basic level of
understanding.

This would be like a doctor asking where the tonsils are located. Would you
want to go to that doctor?

CCIE Butcher,

It is very serious and inconsiderate to accuse someone of cheating only

based on a mere question he has asked on forum. If you are after trying to

prove if he genuingly got his CCIE or not, your method is diffinitely not

the right one. You should get the facts straight before discrediting

someone's qualification, you know.

Please take your prejudice elsewhere.
