His prejudice was formed because a supposed CCIE came into this mailing
list and asked a CCNA level question. I can understand if a CCIE doesn't
know everything and I make plenty mistakes myself but this is beyond that.
A CCIE that can't write a basic access-list is a freaking joke! Don't try
to hide behind asking a "security" question either, all types of
access-lists and nbar are fully covered and tested on the blueprint. There
is absolutely zero chance someone could legitimately pass the R+S lab
without this most basic level of understanding.
This would be like a doctor asking where the tonsils are located. Would you
want to go to that doctor?
