Hi Gilles,
Sorry to reply this late, have been travelling.... you are right, as the
default decrement should be 10, hence you got automatic conversion to
"decrement 10".The Goal is to make sure if Active router is down, then move to
standby and this will be achieved when the decrement value is set.
When I did the config on 1900, for some reason, the default decrement was not
set, I had to explicitly configure decrement.I trying to find the exact IOS
ver and will post this here when I have it.
