RE: DocCD Reference Material

I took the Voice lab recently and the products website was down
internal/external to Cisco. Rather unusual outage, but below was the
official Cisco response. (I suggest not relying on the Products website or
relying minimal, as you won't have much time to be trying dig out
references/copy/paste). Become an expert and memorize the info. At the least
you could win a Cisco category on Jeopardy.

CCIE Lab Exams: Equipment, System, or Network Outages

Unfortunately, while access to the documentation is an inconvenience it does
not render the lab equipment itself inoperable such that you can not proceed
with your exam.

The CCIE Lab can only be responsible for equipment maintained in it's control,
or the access to that equipment. We do have a case open regarding the issue,
and IT is currently investigating it.

1. You should find all docs available from the starting navigation node of
PRODUCTS

2. I was told not to count on PDF access in the lab exam

3. See number 2 above

4. The DOC-CD is indeed available for Troubleshooting - but for it to be
beneficial - your speed with it would need to be off the charts fast in
reality; as well as your overall time and ticket management strategy
