1. You should find all docs available from the starting navigation node of PRODUCTS

2. I was told not to count on PDF access in the lab exam

3. See number 2 above

4. The DOC-CD is indeed available for Troubleshooting - but for it to be beneficial - your speed with it would need to be off the charts fast in reality; as well as your overall time and ticket management strategy
