NNI - Additive community

Hi Experts,
Have an active NNI connection, but whoever did the initial
configuration, forgot to configure additive community on receiving
routes. My
question is, is there a way of adding this community without
an outage? my
understanding is that, if I configure a route map to add this
extra community,
this will be service affecting?
 
Appreciate any help on this.
