The errors you are getting are telling you what the problem is: no
memory. I don't know in GNS, but in dynamips (which is the actual engine
doing the emulation) you can change the amount of (virtual) memory you
provision to a router, so I guess there should be a corresponding knob
in GNS. Try giving the router more memory.
As for testing QoS using dynamips, I would be very careful. The software
part works, the configuration is as it should be (after all you ARE
running IOS) but the interfaces are not real interfaces and the TXRING
might signal congested all the time, or never. So I would not do any
actual testing of QoS performance using it.
