Rich,The decrement value is still 10 by default in IOS 15. Are you using
tracking statements and preempt statements?

Subject: ISRG2 HSRP decrement
Hi Experts, after some help...
My understading for HSRP decrement is that, if you do not set an explicit
decrement value, then the default is "decrement 10", but recently I
configured
Cisco 1900 series router, and I only got the HSRP to work when I explicitly
added a decrement statement, so not sure why?
Thanks
