I discovered recently both commands 
sh run pol
sh run class
just shows the running-config on that parts, not statistics on matching
but definitively faster than doing "sh run | sec policy-map" or "sh run | sec class-map" if you want to check what you typed
sh policy-map interface is THE command for QoS on routers (not good for switches)
