dumbest question: stuck after enter "tclsh PING {"

HI,

probably it's the dumbest question ever, but I entered "tclsh PING {"

and I cant quite is any more, I cant type any thing, ctrl+C , ctrl+shift+6
, esc ... ,}

any idea how to get out of this mode ?
