Typically you can not perform load balancing/sharing going through couple
of different ISPs to get to a prefix in a totally different ISP, there is a
hidden command that is not documented well, but you can use it with maximum
paths to perform the task, the command is "BGP Bestpath as-path
multipath-relax". But remember everything else needs to be identical for
this to happen.
