need help WLAN Controller 5508

Hi Techy,

My AP 1242 series refuses to join WLC 5508 with the error message below

Jul 21 12:55:43.337: %DTLS-3-BAD_RECORD: Erroneous record received from
172.22.
1.11: Duplicate (replayed) record

country code is set to US
product ID: AIR-LAP1242AG-A-K9

I notice LWAPP Transport Mode is not available for configuring Layer 3 mode.

ap-manager interface is hidden and when I tried to configured a new one it
displays a message ip information conflict with another interface.
