Re: VPNV4 nexthop not changed on XR EBGP!!!!?

From whose perspective do you mean? On the CE it should see the connected interface of the PE as the next hop. For the other PE routers it should see the originating PE's loopback as the next hop. Post your specific config and diagram if you're still seeing an unexpected behavior.
