Products -> Cisco IOS and NX-OS Software -> Cisco IOS -> Cisco IOS 12.4

Then do your searching. Since LFI is typically used for low speed WAN
links. If you didn't know exactly where to look you could try the
configuration guides PPP or the WAN technologies and look at Frame Relay

Personally if I know a command but cant find what guide something it is in,
I tend to go for the master index and then you can find more supporting
commands.
