Hi Tony,
I think you are miossing network statement under the EIGRP process to
advertise network 80.x.x.x, Its a good idea to first test a command without
any options first if it is working then configure the options. in this case
before configuring the leak map check just using the "eigrp stub" if it is
working then configure the leak map. Then it is easy to find out where is
the issue.
