As far as CCIE program managers per track go, they are fully aware of
cheating problem. My understanding that they re quite limited in
resources, 1-2 persons per track. In large organizations like Cisco it
is hard to get the wheels spinning in right direction if you are pushing
a cart on your own.
Certification is a good side business for Cisco, but it is not a core
business.
