Hi John,
I do understand the concepts. It was Don with the original question. This
is clearly a spanning-tree task, I'm not sure what you mean by an actual
server attached to the switch. The question is asking him to make a switch
the spanning-tree master for ALL vlans. His confusion is whether to include
extended vlans since technically his switch doesn't currently support
extended vlans since it is set as a VTP server. I believe he
is over-thinking the question. The question asks it to be root for ALL
vlans. All vlans = 1 - 4094.
