Saying "After getting destroyed by topics such as OER on my last 2
attempts" is NOT a NDA violation. OER is listed on the blueprint, and
saying "topics such as OER" simply implies topics not considered
"foundation topics".

Being specific on how OER was presented in the lab would be a violation,
but that is nowhere near what Leigh said.

I feel like I have wasted the last 5 minutes of my life even reading and
responding to this thread, but I don't like seeing CCIE's flaming
candidates for no reason.
