Since we're mentioning, to not mention the details, let me be as aloof as
possible.
Oh, and by the way, I mean no disrespect to Brian, Narbik, or anyone else for
this matter.
1- with the IOS in use today, it's OER as PfR uses a different set of commands
than OER, and introduced in a later IOS.
2- While OER might be seen in one/two direct task, OSPF and MPLS can have
dependencies worth much more, spread out over multiple sub-tasks.
