Take the TS lab like Brian recommended and then lab up all the Network
services and the Optimize the network section of the blue print such as:
NTP, NAT, Netflow (V4 and V6), Syslog, TFTP, EEM, WCCP, DHCP, IP SLA, Core
Dump, and so forth. If you are comfortable with all these stuff, then, look
at the blueprint and go through all the topics one at a time, if you are
good, then, you should be good to go.
