You could look at the Cisco WSA systems (these came from the IronPort acquisition, and I note that they're now part of the CCIE Security blueprint). I've used them, and they do the job pretty well. Gives you the AD auth bits, can be inline or explicitly defined, and give you the content control you're looking for.
