It's a lot of fun, try buying the NFR Unified Comms pack for which the client software is a download and then find you can't download it without a support contract, but you can't buy a support contract for the NFR pack............
and then the partner helpline tells you that although their web page says they support the product they don't actually.....
You need a good Cisco Account Manager and SE and explain why you need the software - if it's going to create business you will usually get help.
