Distance Command in RIP

Dears,

I need explanation for the following command:

R1
Router rip
Distance 175 192.1.12.2 0.0.0.0 10

Access-list 10 permit 1.1.1.1

R2(RIP)-----------(RIP)R1(EIGRP)-----------(EIGRP)R3

Which router will be affected by this command, which routes,............??
