OSPV3 LSA 2001

Hi all

I have a doubt in interpreting OSPFv3 LSA 2001 fields : Link State ID and
Interface ID

I have a problem in understanding the two fields ?

My understanding is Interface is created from SNMP IF Index and Link State
ID is defined randomly by the router generating the LSA

Then what s the logic of Instance ID in the OSPF v3 ? Is it similar to
Address Family in ISIS or EIGRP ?
