Well, I don't know about other countries, but in my country, at the
moment, network engineers are not wanted at all. OK, we are small
market but comparing to 3-4 years ago when you could find good job as
CCIE (and there is only about 40-50 CCIEs here). These days
application developers and programmers are wanted.
So, if I pass my CCIE on the 19th of June, I'll have to look for a job
somewhere else in EU, or even oversees. I see on the job sites that
there are still room for CCIE engineers :)
