Indeed (you could be wrong :)
Admin distance is never ever compared to a protocol metric.
As for EIGRP, the advertising neighbour metric has to be better (strict)
than our metric for it to be a feasible sucessor.
Why ? Because that way you are sure that he is not sending back the
traffic to you, thus making a loop. Why strict ? Because EIGRP considers
0 as a valid cost. Weird, but that's the way it is.
