 I know that PfR has ability to AS prepend. This might not work with
certain SP's. SP's might look for extended community information that
instructs it to do an AS pre pend.... Not sure if this is available in PfR

But I would say that using different NAT's from different address space
could be one of a few steps to accomplish symmetric load balancing. This
injects other thoughts on a grander scale. what if path destination is
past SPs AS? How is that controlled and will that create assymetry when re
entering your SPs AS? Isn't the Internet built on asymmetry ?
