Making Cisco phone loss it callmanager ip address

Hi experts,

Why Cisco phone doesn't loss it Call manager IP if reloaded, even if their
TFTP server pointing to a new IP address of the call manager? Or how I can
make the phone loss the IP address of its call manager without reseting it
to the factory.
