OT: help in filtering host not on domain in dhcp network

please i want to filter hosts not on my domain in dhcp network so that
they wont have access to resources on the network. What i have in mind
to do is use the origin option with the text file of all hosts which
are on the domain which will contain IP addresses of these systems and
their mac-addresses, so that only these users can have access to the
resources on the network and other users not on the domain wont even
get any IP address.

please anybody with other ideas?
