Hi,

I believe if you search for the phone with it's Mac-Address or the Auto-Reg number, you can just select and delete selected.

Try either of these:

1. Go to Devices, select Phones and search by Device type and put the Mac- Add of the phone. Select and Delete.

2. Go to Devices, select Phones and search by Directory Number - put the Auto-Reg number on the phone in it. Select and Delete.
