Amin,
I created it and ran it without any issues.

My steps, from my ESX
VSphere client:
Create a new VM
Chose a datastore
Chose a NIC
Marked as other,
Linux 32-bit
Gave it 150GB (needs 500GB)
Finished a few more next screens

From my ESX client, I clicked on the host, clicked on the "console tab", right
clicked the host, and powered on.
While powering on, I clicked the DVD icon
(connect), ....drive 1, connect to .ISO image on local drive, and pointed to
the 5.3...iso file.
I then clicked into the screen and hit the space bar when
it told me the OS was missing, and it booted ACS 5.3

Hope this helps. This
works for ESX 4.x and 5.x (I'm running 5.0.0).

Subject: Installing ACS in a Vmware ESXi 5.0

Hi experts,

I follow
all the step in the
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_secure_access_control_system/
5.3/installation/guide/csacs_vmware.html

I linked the DVD to the ISO image
ACS_v5.3.0.40.iso, then boot the VM
machine, but always get the same error
"could not find kernel image: linux"
any hits of advices?

Regards,

Amin
