I would just go to Brussels Wael, its a very nice and pleasant centre for
the exam. Good hotels and a walking distance from the exam building (NH or
Holiday Inn). Not sure about Visa issues from SA though but with all the
documentation from Cisco and your employer in place - it should be straight
forward I would imagine.
