What output do you get from 'show interfaces trunk'?
I believe default vlans such as VL1, 1002-1005 etc are implicitly allowed.

Will it affect anything else if vlan 1 is only for native vlan? I have
tested it and CDP, VTP and etc untagged traffic still works. A bit of
confusion here. How about cos?
