OT: cisco learing resource consolidation

Hi all,

i want to find out , if their is a way to download all cisco Webinars ?

Also how can i find TAC cases ... i have found some info that you need to
know tac no ..then you can serach it on cisco.com

but i dont know tac no's too.

Any one want to expand the following list of resource.....

*cisco communities ....... partner's login *
**
*PEC partner's login *
**
*Cisco learnning network .......... your cisco id *
**
*Cisco support network .........your cisco id ....*

if you have any other resource then above please let me know
