I found what was cuasing this. It was configration under different
interface:

interface Serial0/0/0.1 point-to-point
 backup delay 60 300
 backup interface Serial0/1/0
 ip address 132.1.35.5 255.255.255.0
 frame-relay interface-dlci 513
!

Anone know why this would be there and how it would be useful?
