 Hi John,

You should not use that path when you are using the DOCCD, I am not
even 100% sure that you are allowed to go into the technology section in
the lab so you need to start using the correct path. Start by going to
 http://www.cisco.com/cisco/web/psa/default.html?mode=prod From there you
should go to Cisco IOS and NX-OS Software -> Cisco IOS -> Cisco IOS
Software Release 12.4 Family -> Cisco IOS Software Releases 12.4T ->
Configure -> Configuration Guides -> then under Security, Services, and
VPN you have Securing the Data Plane Configuration Guide Library, Cisco
IOS Release 12.4T New! and from there you have Security Configuration
Guide: Zone-Based Policy Firewall, Cisco IOS Release 12.4T. For the
switches you need to go to Switches -> LAN Switches - Access -> Cisco
Catalyst 3560 Series Switches -> Configure -> Configuration Guides and
then choose pretty much any release. For the switches everything is in
 one doc.

Only the config guides and command references will be 100% available in
the lab. I don't think we have access to technology section. If you
can't find something in 12.4T try to go back a release.

 Best regards,

 Daniel
