Technically, Cisco didn't remove it in NX-OS, as it never existed in SAN-OS
from the start .... so we did the same and make an alias.
But to Jay's point, I should have opted for the rack rentals as well
instead of the "gray market lab" which is worth about half of what I payed
to have the gear in my home lab. On the other hand, having the gear in my
home lab is always convenient ... sometimes I just wanna wake up, make a
sammich and lab for an hour or 2 without the hassle of having to schedule a
session.
Damn if you do, damn if you don't :)
