monitor session and access-list

hi,

is that possible to monitor all traffic but not any udp?

I tried these with a normal monitor session on 7600 switch .and create a
standart access-list which drop udp traffic and permit ip all and
applied that in destination port in output direction.

it did not worked out. do you have any idea?
