Morning team,

To add to what others have mentioned ... RRM has been known to cause issues
with frequent changes to channels ... Cisco made some improvements to RRM,
so make sure you are running newer code on WLC and APs. (always a good
idea anyhow ...). In the past, some people would turn it off since it
could knock clients off and back on, etc ...

I would focus on the client first... more than likely that is the problem.

You can run wireshark and capture everything to/from a wifi interface.
Give it a try and see if your client is trying to reconnect; look for the
management frames. A helpful link (if you want to know more):

Additionally I would check:
-Client Software and any forums for people who have also had this. If it
is the NIC or software, then there are probably plenty of people
complaining.
