OT: Q regarding running PIM Dense mode on Nexus 3k when it does

Guys,

Sorry for OT but I had a question regarding using one of Ciscos newest
Nexus 3k model where third party or exchanges dont support PIM Sparse mode.
Being that 3k wont support PIM DM, can someone pls suggest what are my
options during those instances?
