This is bad juju, you have access switch to access switch. By default the 2k would have bpdu guard on all the edge ports, for our setup to be configured you must have turned on bpdufilter on the 3750 to have it connected to the 2ks at the bottom. Why not connect the 3750 switch directly to the 5ks using a vPC?
