Most people would look at the BGP configuration on the AS 200 router and
not know that the confederation commands have anything to do with the
solution but in actuality have everything to do with it.

I'm adding this one to the new Troubleshooting workbook tomorrow. Maybe
I'll add in the two coin riddle one also ;-) Deny all traffic using two
lines in a standard ACL. One of the lines can not deny all traffic.
Just kidding of course.
