Baesd on what I'm reading, it seems that ...

Seq 20 - will permit any prefix with /32 masks, in other words permit all
host routes.
Seq 25 - permits only the default route.

True ?

What is the difference between these 2?

ip prefix-list cisco

seq 20 permit 0.0.0.0/0 ge 32

seq 25 permit 0.0.0.0/0
