As with any time I deal with Cisco. Keep elevating it. They want to know
the SNs of my boxes, unfortunately they're in MKE, I'm in NYC.

My CCIE helps Cisco out! I sell solutions, install and make good by the
good CSCO name. I'M A STOCK HOLDER FOR CHRIST'S SAKE!!!
